Our governors provide strategic leadership and challenge.  They regularly visit both schools to observe policy in action.  Our governing body has two committees. Learning and Development, focused on curriculum, behaviour and pupil performance data and School Management focused on finance, HR and estates.  Our Chair of Governors, Peter Marshall, has been a governor at Lower Halstow since 1978, is a strong supporter of the school and is committed to ensuring that children in the village have access to high quality education.
